We had deluxe room, and it was functional. The service was great and the food was good!

The location of the hotel is perfect, as it is close to several main attractions in the city. Additionally, the hotel's rooftop restaurant offers a stunning view of the surrounding area. The hotel is also conveniently located near galleries in Chelsea and the nearest subway station. Not to mention, the rooms are clean and spacious, with comfortable mattresses and pillows. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing recommendations for sightseeing. it was a great weekend getaway experience.

Had a real good stay for two nights on a business trip, glad I've chosen it. Variety of food for breakfast, it was outstanding. The outstandingly friendly staff gave good recommendations. The pool was amazing and I had delicious drinks in the rooftop bar.

A stylish and comfortable stay near Chelsea, with a great Mexican seafood dinner menu. The minimalist-inspired decor and spacious rooms were a refreshing change. The hotel staff were friendly and efficient, making our stay enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a chic and convenient stay.

Attractively designed hotel in good Chelsea location just by the High Line

Platform bed was interesting in concept but still felt like you were sleeping on a futon on the floor.

It's a nice little hotel for young people. We chose it only for the Chelsea location. At $400+, the price exceeded the value. With the bed on the floor, it makes getting up a little difficult for older people. The step-down from the bed is a little dangerous in the night--the hotel will certainly have people injured from this, so I hope you have good liability insurance! Sink is too small. Check-in was slow, but everyone was very nice. I would stay in the hotel again, but only if the room price were in the $250-300 range

We had a wonderful time here! The location was perfect for exploring the city and the staff was so helpful, giving us great recommendations for things to see and do. The room was clean and comfortable with all the amenities we needed, and we loved the atmosphere in the bar and lounge area.

We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great hotel with all the comforts and conveniences you could want.

Seemed like a cold place in the interior of the room - no natural light at all which made the place pretty creepy.
